# DAO Governance

In the rapidly evolving landscape of digital gaming, innovative approaches to governance are essential. In response to this changing dynamic, Project Vanguard has established a governance model based on a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO). This progressive approach to decision-making underlines our commitment to community involvement and transparency.

Our DAO governance model revolves around the Warden Council. This Council serves as the governing body for Project Vanguard, guiding the direction of game development and platform evolution. The Warden Council is made up of representatives elected by $WARD token holders and embodies our commitment to a community-driven approach. Its existence allows us to harness the collective knowledge, insights and ideas of our token holders, fostering a more diverse and dynamic development environment.
